Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. Deposit will go towards service.

Life happens! If you are running late, please contact me to inform me of your late arrival.

If I cannot proceed with the appointment due to time constraints, in respect to others appointments, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to send a new deposit to reschedule

Rescheduling and cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment.

No call/no shows will be asked to pay full price of missed service in order to book future appointments.

If late arrivals, cancellations, or no call/no shows occur more than once, I may no longer be able to service you.
